Can I watch these videos on a phone or tablet?
Yes, but we do not recommend purchasing them on mobile devices. The videos must be downloaded to a computer and then synced to your devices. If you are using an iPhone or iPad, please use iTunes for this.
I tried to download the videos and it says it's expired
You have 3 days from purchase to download and save the video files. If you’re getting an expiration message, you’re going to need to have us send you a new receipt email. Please send an email to email@example.com and we will process that promptly. Remember, these are video downloads, and not streaming video. If you try to download them directly on an iPad or iPhone, the file will not be saved. They need to be saved to a computer first.
I paid for the videos but I don't see where to download them.
After checking out of PayPal, there is an option to return to the checkout page at montescheinblum.com, where you will find download links for three video sizes. If you missed it, don’t worry. Within minutes, you should receive an email receipt from montescheinblum.com that includes links to the videos.
Why are there three video files? Do I need all three?
The videos come in three different sizes to give users options for how they are viewed. The LARGE file is full HD, 1080p, and is ideal for playback on computers and compatible televisions. The MEDIUM file is 720p HD and is designed for tablets and smaller laptop computers. Finally, the SMALL file is designed for use on mobile phones.
You don’t NEED all three files, but we strongly recommend downloading all of them at purchase. The links are only valid for a limited time, so don’t wait to download them.
I'm having trouble playing the files.
These videos are H264 .mp4 files, the most common video format available on the web. However, if you’re having trouble playing them back, start by trying them with VLC Player. While these videos should play fine in most video applications, VLC is cross-platform (mac & PC) and is highly compatible with a huge number of file formats. Windows Media Player is particularly finicky, and while it should work for most, it’s dependent on having the right codecs installed. If you’re having issues with Windows Media Player, please try another player first.

Do you accept anything other than PayPal?
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can always use a credit card through their site. However, if you don’t want to use PayPal, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.
I purchased the video but I never received an email from you
Please check your spam folder, and if possible, verify that you typed your email address correctly. If neither of these things solve your issue, then please contact us and we’ll get it corrected.
